A few weeks ago I came across a conversation that stopped me in my tracks. It was between Shane Bovel and Gary Vee — one of the earliest creators in the social media economy and one of the first investors in companies like Facebook and Twitter. And what he said confirmed something I have been feeling for a while.

You will set your preferences for supplements, toothpaste, shampoo, groceries — and the agent will handle reordering automatically.
