You take it. You get better. And then you find out it was just a sugar pill.

Obviously, it wasn't the sugar that healed you. It was your belief. It was the picture in your mind: "I am going to be healed by this pill." That picture in your mind triggered the healing chemistry that actually repaired your body. The drug didn't do it. Your consciousness did.

2. You Are a Human Petri Dish (Epigenetics in Action)

We need to shift how we view ourselves. You are not just a single entity; you are a community of a community. You are a human petri dish composed of trillions of cells.

And here is the critical question: What are those cells being programmed for?

Here is a profound reality: If a doctor gives you a prognosis and says, "You have three months left to live," and you buy into that belief... you will likely die in three months. Whether you actually had the disease or not. Why? Because autopsies have revealed that some of these patients didn't die from the original physical pathology. They died because it was three months.

You programmed yourself to release the chemistry of death because you accepted the belief as your truth. Your mind, being the creator, manifested exactly what the doctor said.

But here is the fascinating part: When Chinese people immigrate to the U.S. and live here, they end up getting the cancers that are predominant in the U.S.

Why? Because it’s a regional experience based on culture. Culture isn't just food; it’s an amalgamation of diet, thoughts, beliefs, lifestyle, and the collective programming of what to be afraid of. The culture changes the chemistry in your biology, which creates the disease. Your environment and your beliefs about it rewrite your biology.

How did we get so disconnected from our own power? It starts in the first seven years of life.

When a child is under seven, their brain is in a hypnotic theta state, downloading programs from observation. (This is exactly why I created the 5-minute Theta Mornings Routine.)

When they see Mommy and Daddy get sick and go to the doctor, the child downloads a core belief: "When it comes to health, you are not the official source. The doctor is." We implicitly give away our power of truth.

And unfortunately, traditional medical training reinforces this. The underlying premise taught to many doctors is that the body is not intelligent, and therefore outside sources (drugs, surgeries) must adjust what's going on.
