Q: Is awakening just another form of escapism from real-world problems?

A: No. Escapism avoids reality. Awakening reveals reality more clearly. When you recognize yourself as awareness, you don't withdraw from the world—you engage with it from wholeness instead of lack. Compassion, justice, and effective action flow naturally from this recognition.

Q: What if I have moments of recognition but they don't stick?

A: That's normal. The character will try to claim the recognition as an achievement, which pulls you back into seeking. The key isn't making it stick—it's returning again and again. Each recognition weakens the identification. Like a wave realizing it's ocean, the remembering deepens naturally.

Q: How is this different from positive thinking or manifestation?

A: Positive thinking works within the dream. Awakening recognizes the dreamer. Manifestation tries to change what appears on the screen. Awakening realizes you ARE the screen. From this recognition, life flows differently—not because you're manipulating outcomes, but because you're no longer identified with lack.
