Wake Up!
Awareness Brings Answers!
I wake up every day and tell myself I have two options: keep dreaming or wake up and make it reality. And I always choose the second option.
People ask me what I'll do if this doesn't work out, but that question doesn't even enter my consciousness. My brain cannot process failure because if I had to face myself in the mirror and admit I gave up, that would be worse than death.
When they judge what I'm doing with their logic, they don't understand that their reasoning clashes with my superior belief. I live with the confidence that if I believe in myself, the money will follow. And when people see me struggling and ask how I live, I tell them I live with purpose.
Everything was created for a purpose—trees, the moon, rats, insects—and the wise man is he who knows his life purpose. Ten men with knowledge of their purpose are more powerful than a thousand working without one.
I've been crushed by life. Lost my mother before she could see any of this. Lost brothers, family. Spent holidays alone chasing something most people can't even see. But grapes need to be crushed before they become fine wine, and we need to be crushed before we can become who we're meant to be. The pain and suffering isn't optional; it's required.
The champion feels pain and fights through it because that's what separates the good from the greatest. Most people want to learn the way to win but never accept the way to lose. But to accept defeat, to learn to die, is to be liberated from it.
Both fear and faith demand you believe in something you've never seen, and there's no courage without fear. So I've made peace with being afraid. When I'm faced with a challenge, I just embrace it, and I keep putting one foot in front of the other. But it's not work—it's love, because what I'm going for is what I believe.
Obsession will beat talent every time. You can have all the talent in the world, but are you obsessed? Is it all you ever think about? I have given every ounce of my life to perfecting my craft, and in the process, I've lost my mind to regular society. But I've found it. Almost.
Forget your tired body. Forget that unmotivated mind. Get out there and do it anyway because you better fight yourself. You're not only winning when things go your way. You got to figure out how to win when your body's fighting you and your mind's fighting you.
People told me it's not that simple. That was the biggest lie I was ever told—the lie they use to get you to give up. The truth is it is that simple. If you just do the thing they tell you you can't, then it's done. And you realize there it always was.
"If you fight for your limitations, you may just get to keep them." – Les Brown
This isn't just a feeling; it's a Law.
The champion's journey isn't a straight line—it's a forge.
And the fire you feel? That's your old self burning away.
Today, on Mindset Monday, we’re not just talking about motivation. We’re talking about the operating system of a champion.
We’re going to fuse that raw declaration of intent with a science-backed protocol I’ve developed called the REAP Program. This is how you move from wanting to be a champion to thinking and acting like one every single day.
This video isn't just noise; it's a declaration. It’s your brain choosing a new frequency!
As Nikola Tesla said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
This sets a high-frequency vibration, but it's fleeting unless we ground it in the hardware—your brain!
The Goal is to move from Being a Passenger in your own mind to Being The PILOT!
As Robin Sharma teaches, “The mind is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master.” We must learn to observe the mind's chatter, not be controlled by it. We must use it as a tool.
Let’s get to work!

The champion feels pain and fights through it because that's what separates the good from the greatest.
The REAP Protocol: Your Champion’s Workout Plan
This is the system. This is how we forge the champion. Let’s walk through it with a real-world example.
Scenario: You have a massive presentation at work tomorrow. The old you would lie awake, heart pounding, running through every possible disaster scenario, fueling fear. The champion uses REAP.
R – Recognize & Run It Out
Recognize: First, catch the "character script" you're running. What are the automatic thoughts? "I'm going to mess this up. They're going to see I'm a fraud. I'm not good enough." What's the emotion? Fear, anxiety, maybe a little dread. That's the script of your old self trying to keep you small.
Run It Out (2 Parts):
1. Move: You have an emotional charge—fear, anxiety. Don't suppress it. According to Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, it takes 90 seconds for a stress chemical to pass through your bloodstream. Move your body.
Get up, walk outside, breathe deeply for 90 seconds. Let the chemistry of fear flow through you and out of you so you can think clearly.
2. Ask: Now, with a clearer head, interrogate the thought.
- Write the thought down: "I'm going to fail this presentation."
- How do I feel when I think this? Paralyzed, scared, my stomach is in knots.
- How do I act when I'm thinking this? I procrastinate, I avoid preparing, I scroll through my phone.
- What's the outcome of this thought? I go in unprepared, fulfilling my own prophecy. I create a self-fulfilling loop.
E – Exchange & Envision
Now, you consciously choose a new thought to wire in. You can't just remove a thought; you have to replace it. This is based on the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. Bruce Lipton—reprogramming your perception of your environment.
Exchange: Actively replace the old, limiting script with a new, empowering one.
- Old Thought: "I'm going to fail."
- New Thought: "I am prepared. I have valuable information to share. My audience wants me to succeed. I am the champion of this room."
Envision: Close your eyes and create a mental movie of the new reality. Don't just think the words, feel them. See yourself walking in confidently. Hear your strong, clear voice. Feel the satisfaction of answering questions with ease. Feel the nod of approval from your boss.
This is your brain rehearsing success. Neurons firing together, wiring together for victory.

One small physical act in alignment with your new thought sends a massive signal to your subconscious: "This is real. This is who I am now."
A – Activate with Action
Thinking is easy. Acting is hard. But acting in accordance with your new thoughts? That's the hardest—and most powerful—thing in the world, just as Goethe said. This is where the wire is fused.
Based on your new Envisioned reality, take one small, concrete action.
- You don't have to perfect the whole presentation. Just open the slide deck and outline the first three slides.
- Practice your opening line out loud, three times, with the confidence you envisioned.
- This small, physical act in alignment with your new thought sends a massive signal to your subconscious: "This is real. This is who I am now."
P – Prosper Through Programming
This isn't a one-time fix. It's a daily practice. Every time you face a challenge, you run the REAP protocol. You are actively programming your mind for success. You are taking control of the software.
By consistently Recognizing and releasing the old charge, Exchanging and Envisioning a new reality, and Acting on it, you are no longer a victim of your circumstances. You are the architect of your mind.
You are using Hebb's Law to build a champion's brain.
This is how you earn your "someday day," every single day.

Fall in love with the process of REPs (Recognize, Exchange, Act). The Prosper (Programming) takes care of itself.
Your 5-Minute Mindset Reset
You have five minutes. Let's run the REAP protocol on anything that's holding you back right now.
1. Minute 1: Recognize (The Catch): Grab your phone or a notebook. Write down one single thought that's been bothering you or holding you back. Just one. ("I'm not disciplined enough," "I'm too tired to work out," "I'll never hit my goal.")
2. Minute 2: Run It Out (The Release): Stand up. Take 60 seconds and just shake out your body. Shake your hands, your arms, your legs. Roll your shoulders. Take 3 deep, 90-second-style breaths (in for 4, hold for 4, out for 6). Physically let the charge of that thought go.
3. Minute 3: Exchange & Envision (The Rewrite): Write down the exact opposite, empowering thought. Make it believable. ("I am building discipline one choice at a time," "My body craves the energy from a workout," "Every action I take brings me closer to my goal.") Close your eyes for 60 seconds and feel what it would be like to live from that new thought.
4. Minute 4: Act (The Proof): What is one single, tiny action you can take right now to prove this new thought is true? Can you drink a glass of water? Put on your workout shoes? Write the first sentence of that email? Do it. Right now.
5. Minute 5: Prosper (The Commitment): Tell yourself out loud: "I am programming my mind for victory. This is who I am now."
FAQ: Mindset & The REAP Protocol
Q1: This sounds great, but what if I do the REAP protocol and I still feel afraid?
That's not a failure; that's the definition of courage. Fear and faith both demand you believe in something you haven't seen yet. The goal of REAP isn't to eliminate fear; it's to prevent fear from driving your actions. You recognize it, let it pass through you, and then you choose your action based on your vision, not your fear.
Courage is being scared to death and saddling up anyway.
Q2: How long does it take to actually rewire my brain? How long until this feels automatic?
Neuroplasticity is a process, not an event. Dr. Lipton's work suggests that consistent, focused repetition is key. Some studies show new pathways can begin to form in as little as 30-60 days of consistent practice, but it's a lifelong journey of refinement. The key is to focus on the daily practice, not the finish line. Fall in love with the process of REPs (Recognize, Exchange, Act). The Prosper (Programming) takes care of itself.
Q3: Isn't this just "positive thinking"? It feels like I'm lying to myself.
That's the critical difference. Positive thinking often ignores reality. "Everything is awesome!" when it's clearly not. REAP starts with a brutal, honest Recognition of the current thought. Then, it uses science (neuroplasticity) and a future vision to consciously Exchange it for a more empowering, accurate thought based on who you are becoming. It’s not a lie; it’s a declaration of intent. It’s you telling your brain, "We're not staying here. We're going there."
You are acting on a superior belief.
