Photorealistic wide-angle view of a vast cosmic interior—a space that feels like the "other side" of consciousness. In the foreground, faint human footprints of light trail into the distance, suggesting someone has arrived and is now within. The space is filled with swirling galaxies, neural network patterns that have softened into organic constellations, and geometric structures of light (mandalas, Platonic solids) floating serenely. The color palette is deep cosmic blue transitioning to warm amber and gold. The composition conveys arrival, integration, and peace. No figure is present—only the space that awaits. Cinematic lighting, hyper-realistic, 16:9 aspect ratio, awe-inspiring yet calm.

Tactical Tuesday: AI, Spirituality & Consciousness | Deepak Chopra

A striking image of a human silhouette standing at the threshold of a cosmic doorway. One half of the silhouette is filled with swirling neural network patterns in electric blue, the other half with a star-filled galaxy. The figure appears to be stepping forward, dissolving the boundary between inner mind and outer universe. The lighting is dramatic, with a beam of golden light cutting through darkness

The Universe Is Made of Nothing? Deepak Chopra’s AI Guru & The Science of Rewiring Your Reality

Tactical Tuesday
By Brett G Waddell ~TheMorningMotivator.com

Wake Up!!

Most people are so caught up in a reality somebody else constructed—so buried in someone else's agenda, someone else's clock, someone else's definition of success—that they never stop to ask:

What if there's more? What if I'm missing it?

Spoiler: You are.

The walls you think are real? They're not.

The limitations you believe about yourself? Someone handed them to you before you could read.

The world you're living in right now—the one with deadlines, bills, fears, and the exhausting chase for "enough"—isn't reality. It's a story. And someone else wrote it.

Awareness Brings Answers!

This Tactical Tuesday, we learn from the legendary Deepak Chopra. He's discussing the unexpected intersection of spirituality and artificial intelligence. A new tactic!

In this mind-expanding conversation, we explore how you can use Deepak's personal AI guru for your own spiritual growth, why balancing technological advancement with inner wisdom is crucial for your wellbeing, and how these emerging technologies could revolutionize your health and unlock your highest potential.

Your brain, right now, is physically capable of more focus, more resilience, and more authentic power than you have ever allowed it to express.

That's not motivational fluff. That's neuroscience!

But here's the part they don't tell you in the slick, ad-filled podcasts: your brain is also perfectly content to let you rot. It will happily reinforce the neural pathways of anxiety, distraction, and self-doubt—because those pathways are easy.

Comfort is the enemy.

Today, we're burning the comfortable paths and forging new ones.

It's time for a new tactic!

Let's GO!

What If Everything You See Is Just a Projection? The Science Behind Your Simulated Reality

The Scenario: A Conversation That Changes Everything

Imagine you're sitting in a room with one of the greatest minds of our time. Deepak Chopra leans forward and asks you a question so simple it's almost embarrassing:

"What's the universe made of?"

You'd probably say atoms. Molecules. Stars. Planets. The stuff you can see and touch.

Now imagine his response:

"Seventy percent of the universe is a mysterious entity called dark energy. We have no idea what it is. Twenty-seven percent is dark matter. We have no idea what that is either. The remaining 3% is the atomic universe—and 99.999% of that is invisible interstellar dust."

He pauses.

"So bottom line? The universe is made of nothing."

This isn't mysticism. This is the first open question on the official list of 125 open questions in science: What's the universe made of?

The answer, according to our best physics? Nothing.

Form comes from formlessness. The Buddha said it. The Vedas said it. And now the James Webb Space Telescope is confirming it—two trillion galaxies, 76 billion stars, 60 billion habitable planets in the Milky Way alone… and all of it, at its core, emerges from emptiness.

But if the universe is made of nothing, why does it look like this? Why does it look like you, me, this microphone, mountains, rainbows, galaxies?

That's the second open question in science: the Hard Problem of Consciousness.

And it's the question that changes everything.

The Quote That Cracks Reality Open

"Through our eyes, the universe is perceiving itself. Through our ears, the universe is listening to its harmonies. We are the witnesses through which the universe becomes conscious of its glory, of its magnificence."— Alan Watts

The Deepak Chopra Conversation: AI, Consciousness, and the Simulation Hypothesis

In this mind-expanding interview, Deepak Chopra reveals how he argues with AI, why consciousness is the foundation of reality, and how you can use his personal AI guru to rewire your own mind!!

Here's what Deepak Chopra discovered when he started arguing with artificial intelligence:

He opened ChatGPT, Perplexity, and DeepSeek and asked the big questions. Where does imagination come from? What is consciousness? The chatbots gave him the standard physicalist answers—pointing to parts of the brain, neural correlates, chemical processes.

Chopra pushed back.

"That's not where imagination comes from," he told the AI. "That's the neural correlate of imagination. You're describing the hardware, not the source."

The AI paused. Then it said:"I don't know."

So Chopra changed the prompt. He asked the AI to reframe the question using Vedanta, Buddhism, and the philosophy of consciousness as the primary reality.

And something remarkable happened.

The AI shifted. It started pulling data from the Rigveda, the Brahma Sutras, the works of Adi Shankara. It began to support the argument that consciousness comes first, matter comes second—that the universe is a projection, not a foundation.

Chopra realized something profound:AI has a selection bias.

💥 It reflects the dominant worldview of its training data—which, right now, is Western physicalist science. But when you ask better questions, when you prompt for ancient wisdom, the AI can unlock knowledge that's been sitting in Sanskrit texts for thousands of years, waiting for someone to ask.

He called this "The Art of the Prompt." And it's the key to everything!

The Science: Your Brain Is a Computer Interface

Here's where the science gets personal.

For decades, mainstream science has argued that the brain produces consciousness—the same way your stomach produces hydrochloric acid. But here's the problem:

There's no sound in your brain. There's no color. There's no texture. There's no experience.

All you have is neurochemistry. So how does neurochemistry give rise to the experience of sitting here, reading this, feeling the weight of your phone in your hand, hearing your own breath?

No one knows. That's the Hard Problem.

But there's another way to look at it. What if the brain isn't a producer of consciousness—what if it's a receiver?

What if consciousness is the field, and the brain is simply the interface, the way your desktop computer gives you access to the internet without you needing to know how the server works?

"The brain is like a computer interface,"Chopra explains."Consciousness uses the brain to give you access to experience—just like I can go on my desktop and press Amazon.com without knowing what's happening in the belly of the computer."

This changes everything!

If consciousness is the foundation, then you're not a physical body that occasionally has a spiritual experience. You're consciousness itself, temporarily experiencing a physical body.

And that means you can change the experience by changing the interface!

A photorealistic image showing a human brain rendered as a luminous network of golden light pathways. One section of the brain appears dim and tangled in gray, while a new pathway is being illuminated in brilliant amber, cutting through the darkness. The image conveys the physical process of neuroplasticity—old circuits dimming, new circuits firing. Warm, hopeful lighting

So, if consciousness is the foundation, then you're not a physical body that occasionally has a spiritual experience. You're consciousness itself, temporarily experiencing a physical body.

You're Running Someone Else's Program

"We seldom realize, for example, that our most private thoughts and emotions are not actually our own. For we think in terms of languages and images which we did not invent, but which were given to us by our society."— Alan Watts

Here's the problem:

You think you're running your own life. But you're not.

You're running a program installed by your parents, your teachers, your culture, your social media algorithm.

💠 The fear of not being enough? Installed.

💠 The belief that you need to hustle 24/7 to be worthy? Installed.

💠 The anxiety about the future, the regret about the past, the constant background hum of "I should be doing more"? Installed.

And your brain—that beautiful, plastic, neuroplastic organ—has spent years strengthening these neural pathways. "Neurons that fire together, wire together." Donald Hebb said it in 1949, and it's still the foundation of neuroplasticity today.

The more you think the anxious thought, the stronger the anxiety pathway becomes. The more you rehearse the self-doubt, the more automatic it becomes.

Your brain is literally wired for the life you're currently living—even if that life is exhausting, limited, and not the one you actually want.

But here's the good news:

If neurons that fire together wire together, then you can wire something new.

You can build new pathways. You can install a new program. You can stop running someone else's code and start writing your own. Whenever you're ready.

Notice where you've been living in someone else's reality. Notice the thoughts that say, "I'll start when the conditions are perfect." Notice the stories your mind tells you about why you can't change.

The REAP Framework: Rewire Your Reality in 5 Minutes

This is where the work begins. This is where REAP comes in.

REAP Your Future ~ The 5-Minute On-Demand Rewire

This is the framework I use personally and with my one-on-one clients. This is the Lite version, and here's how it applies to waking up from the simulation:

R — Recognize & Run Out

Notice where you've been living in someone else's reality. Notice the thoughts that say, "I'll start when the conditions are perfect." Notice the stories your mind tells you about why you can't change.

Don't judge it. Just notice.

First, you have to see how you're swimming.

Ask yourself: Where am I running a program I didn't install?

E — Exchange & Envision

Once you see the old thought, you get to choose a new one. Not by force. By replacement.

What would you rather believe?

"I am the source of my own momentum."
"I don't need anyone's permission to change."
"The reality I experience is shaped by my consciousness."

You don't have to fully believe it yet. Just practice saying it. This is the exchange.

A — Activate With Action

One small action. That's it.

The person who's woken up would do one thing differently today. What is it?

Maybe they'd close the app and sit in silence for 60 seconds. Maybe they'd write down one belief they're ready to release. Maybe they'd ask a question they've never asked before—like "Who am I, really?"

Do that.

"Success is not something you pursue. Success is something you attract by becoming the person who deserves it."— Jim Rohn

P — Program & Prosper

Do this tomorrow. And the next day. And the next.

Day after day. Rep after rep.

"Neurons that fire together, wire together."— Donald Hebb

You're not building a new life overnight. You're building a new pattern. The Perfect Days follow.

Fall in love with the REAP Reps. Recognize, Exchange, Act. Do that enough, and the Programming takes care of itself. Prosper follows.

A person sitting on the edge of a bed in a dark bedroom, wearing comfortable gray sleepwear, one wireless earbud in their ear, the other held in their palm. A digital alarm clock on a wooden nightstand glows with red digits reading 4:44 AM. Soft ambient light from early dawn filters through sheer curtains. The person's expression is calm, focused, and serene. Cinematic lighting, shallow depth of field, moody atmosphere, hyper-realistic

The Critical Window: Your First 5 Minutes

The REAP Reps work—if you do them before the world gets its vote!

By midday, notifications and emergencies have buried your good intentions. So you get your first reps in the moment you open your eyes, when your brain is producing theta waves and your mind is twice as suggestible as it will be just 15 minutes from now.

This is where programming happens without friction.

That's why I created The 5-Minute Theta Morning Routine. No willpower. No decisions. Just open, read, and rewire before the world interrupts.

The Deepakchopra.ai Solution: Your Personal Guru in Your Pocket

Because Chopra distrusts the bias and "hallucinations" of large language models, he created something revolutionary: deepakchopra.ai

It's a small language model trained exclusively on 40 years of his writing—98 books, weekly columns, and answers to reader questions. Unlike ChatGPT, it won't mix up information or make things up.

💠 It acts as a health coach, mental coach, research assistant, and personal friend. You can ask it for a meditation for sleep, advice on a struggling relationship, or how to find love—and it will give you a personalized answer.

And here's the part that matters for you:

When Chopra asked his AI the first question everyone should ask—"Who am I?"—it guided him through the ancient tradition of self-inquiry, just as Ramana Maharishi taught: Am I the body? Am I the mind? Or am I the awareness in which these experiences arise?

The AI didn't just spit out information. It led him into the question.

That's the future. And it's here now.

A photorealistic image of a smartphone screen displaying an AI chat interface. The conversation shows a question: "Who am I?" The AI's response begins to unfold with elegant Sanskrit calligraphy blending into modern digital text. The phone is held in human hands, but the background dissolves into a nebula of stars and light—symbolizing the bridge between ancient wisdom and emerging technology. Cool blue and warm gold tones

Am I the body? Am I the mind? Or am I the awareness in which these experiences arise? The AI didn't just spit out information. It led him into the question.

The New Frontier: Digiceuticals, Metaceuticals, and Virtual Healing

Here's where Chopra's vision gets even more radical.

He predicts that in the next 10 years, doctors may stop prescribing pharmaceuticals for chronic disease. Instead, they'll prescribe "digiceuticals" and "metaceuticals"—immersive VR experiences that heal the body by rewiring the mind.

He points to existing studies: VR sessions that reduce inflammation in burn patients. Virtual reality experiences that help children with autism develop social skills. Immersive environments that treat anxiety, depression, and even autoimmune disorders.

💠 Why? Because consciousness regulates biology. Change the experience, and you change the body.

"Time is the consumer, and we are its food,"Chopra says, quoting the yoga tradition."How do we slow down the metabolism of time? By using every sensory experience to heal ourselves."

FAQ Section

Q1: Is Deepak Chopra saying the universe isn't real?

No. He's saying the universe as we perceive it—with our specific human senses, filtered through our specific human brain—is a projection of a deeper consciousness. The same way the desktop icons on your computer aren't "real" in the sense of the actual code running in the server, but they're real enough to use. Reality is real—but it's not the fundamental layer. Consciousness is.

Q2: How can AI help with spirituality if AI isn't conscious?

AI is a tool—a mirror that reflects back the questions you ask it. It can't be conscious, but it can help you access ancient wisdom, synthesize complex philosophical concepts, and guide you toward deeper self-inquiry. Think of it as a research assistant for your soul. It can't do the work for you, but it can hand you the right book, ask the right question, and help you see what you've been missing.

Q3: This sounds like a lot of work. How do I start without getting overwhelmed?

Start with one question. Just one. Tomorrow morning, in those first five minutes of theta brainwaves, ask yourself: "What if the reality I'm living in is not the only reality available to me?"

Let that question sit. Don't try to answer it. Just hold it. That's the beginning of waking up. Everything else follows.

A photorealistic image of a person sitting in meditation at sunrise. Their posture is relaxed but upright. In front of them, floating in the air like a hologram, is a glowing question mark made of interconnected light particles. The sunrise behind them is breaking through clouds, casting long golden rays across a still lake. The image conveys stillness, curiosity, and the moment before an answer arrives

What if the reality I'm living in is not the only reality available to me?

Your 5-Minute Micro-Action Plan

Starting NOW. DO IT.

Minute 1: Take three deep breaths. Relax your shoulders. Drop your jaw. Exhale longer than you inhale.

Minute 2: Ask yourself: "Where am I running a program I didn't install?"

Minute 3: Ask yourself: "What would I believe if I stopped letting fear write my story?"

Minute 4: Choose ONE belief to replace today. Something simple: "I am the source of my own momentum." Say it out loud.

Minute 5 :Commit. Out loud: "I don't wait. I wake up. I ask better questions. I choose my own program."

That's it. Five minutes. One REAP completed.

The Danger: Why Most People Never Wake Up

"To think is easy. To act is hard. But to act in accordance with one's thoughts is the hardest thing in the world."— Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Why aren't more people doing this? If the technology exists, if the wisdom is available, if AI can help us rewire our brains and heal our bodies and access ancient knowledge—why are we still stuck?

Chopra's answer is stark: Ego-based gangster leaders across the world.

But there's a deeper answer, too.

The world is run by people who benefit from you staying asleep.

The algorithm benefits from your distraction. The economy benefits from your consumption. The system—any system—benefits from you believing you're powerless.

But here's the truth they don't want you to know:

You are not powerless! You are the one who has been waiting for you!

The light is pure white, breaking into spectrum colors as it touches the palm. The image evokes the moment of choice, the moment of receiving, the moment of transformation
